Tānisi,

Mistawasis is currently building capacity to assert jurisdiction over Child and Family Services via Bill C-92. We are canvassing members to collect information in 4 primary areas:

1. Language;
2. Connections to the Land;
3. Ceremonial Practices; and
4. Traditional Child Rearing Practices

Every band member (18 and over) who participates in this survey will be entered into a draw and have a chance to win 1 of 5 prizes!!!

Information gathered will help gauge where the community currently is regarding Nēhiyawak practices and help with capacity building activities moving forward.

The survey results will be recorded, but all personal information will be kept confidential. All identifying information is for prize draws and verifications of members only.

To access the survey visit this web address: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/L97ZMJJ .

Draw will be made: July 20th at the Mistawasis Traditional Pow Wow (BBQ & Patio Set, Lawn Mower, 1 of 3 $ 200 Gift Cards)
