Please join us to celebrate and revitalize Nêhiyawak culture during a four-day culture camp! The camp will run from 9:00 a.m.- 4:00 p.m. each day with breakfast and lunch provided daily.

  • Traditional Child Rearing Laws and Customary Practices
  • Knowledge Transfer (medicines & plant identification)
  • Traditional Nêhiyawak Concept of Balance
  • Sweat Lodge Ceremonies (August 27th)
  • Hide Preparation/Tanning
  • Food Sovereignty
  • Facilitators, Elders and Knowledge Keepers will be on site
